Refund Policy
This page describes the refund policy for a Tayu one-time purchase. Tayu is operated by Nono — the trading name of sole proprietor Makoto Nonoyama (野々山諒), based in Japan. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.

1. Try Tayu before you buy
Tayu includes a seven-day full-feature trial that does not require a credit card. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm that Tayu works for your device and needs before making the one-time purchase.
2. General rule for digital purchases
Because Tayu is digital software delivered immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
3. Discretionary refund requests
You may ask us or Paddle to review a refund request submitted within 14 days of purchase. A request is not a money-back guarantee and approval is not automatic: Paddle, as Merchant of Record, reviews requests under its Refund Policy, taking the circumstances and applicable law into account.
4. How to request a review
Email support@tayutau.app from the address associated with your purchase and include the order ID shown in your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle through its buyer support portal. We aim to respond to requests sent to us within two business days.
5. Effect of an approved refund
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunded Tayu access may be deactivated when the refund is processed.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the consumer law that applies where you live, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
7. Merchant of record and contact
Paddle handles billing, tax, receipts, and refund disbursement for Tayu. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@tayutau.app.
